Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Source Code Academia is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for students and clients interacting with our organization.
